Privacy policy

We at Welloff Co., Ltd. (“we”) take the protection of your privacy and your personal data very seriously and thus comply with all laws and regulations on privacy including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection.

1.Scope and Purpose of Collection
   Identification of the reporter are name, email, phone number. 
   Only Personal data you provide on the website will be collected.

2.Duration of Retention and Use
   Your personal data will be retained and used from the time when it is collected to the time when the purpose of such collection and use is fully served. Upon such fulfillment, 
   your personal data will be destroyed immediately, unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations, in which case, your personal data will be retained for the duration 
   under said law or regulation. For the duration of retention, your personal data will only be used for the purpose for which they are retained. The duration of retention depending 
   on the nature of your data is three months.

We have procedures in place for you to give consent to our collection and use of your personal data. By giving consent, you agree that your personal data provided will be 
   stored in our database and used by us for the purposes as stated in the consent form. You have the option not to agree to our collection and use of your personal data. If, 
   however, you choose not to agree, your access to our service may be limited.

3.Procedures for Destruction and Method
   Principle of Destruction
     In principle, we will destroy your personal data immediately after the purpose of collecting and using it is fulfilled unless otherwise required by any applicable law or regulation.

Process of Destruction
    (1) Upon fulfillment of the purpose of collecting and using your personal data, it will be transferred to another database (or to another cabinet if it has been provided on paper) 
    and retained for a period as set out in our internal policy or any applicable law or regulation (see the duration of retention and use section) before being destroyed.
    (2) Your personal data, once being transferred to another database, will not be used for any purpose other than as expressly set forth herein unless otherwise required by the 
    applicable law or regulation.

Method of Destruction
    (1) If your personal data is stored in the form of an electronic file, it will be deleted in a manner that does not allow its restoration.
    (2) If your personal data is printed on paper, the paper will be shredded or incinerated.

4.Your or Your Representative’s Rights and How to Exercise Them
   Withdrawal of Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Data
     You may withdraw your consent to our collection and use of your personal data at any time.

Update of Data
     You have the right to demand access to your personal data and update thereof.

Method of Update
     You may exercise the rights under Article 10 and Article 11 by contacting our Privacy Manager in writing or by phone or email after your identity is verified.

Verification of Update
     If you make a request for the remedy of any error in your personal data, we will not use or disclose any of your personal data until it is fully updated. If your personal data has 
     already been disclosed to a third party, we will notify the party immediately of the need to update it.

Right to Deletion
     If you (or your representative) withdraw your consent, we will destroy your personal data immediately, unless otherwise required by the applicable law or regulation, in which 
     case your personal data will be handled as set forth in the Duration of Retention and Use section of this Privacy Policy.
